It’s almost impossible to believe Thanksgiving is just a few weeks away. Preparing food for family and friends for this special day can be overwhelming, but no worries. Last year I created Wild Rice and Apple Stuffing with Jones Sausage. It is a recipe I prepare often throughout the fall and winter months. It has a delightful combination of rices, apples, Southern Comfort, pecans and spices and is superb.
Since I fell in love with Jones Dairy All Natural Pork Sausage Roll last year, I chose it to use in this year’s stuffing recipe. The sausage tastes so fresh, is gluten-free and has just four ingredients and no preservatives or fillers – only pork, water, salt and spices. I also wanted to make a recipe that could be made into individual servings and knew sausage would work perfectly.
